Paid $150 to have absolutely nothing done. I was waiting about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and in there for maybe 20 minutes. They said I couldn’t complete my tax return because I had duplicate T4s, but I was able to get it done somewhere else just fine. It doesn’t make any sense why I was charged so much, What a complete waste of money. Very disappointed

Extremely arrogant agents with no sense of customer service. If you call to follow up on your tax return they end up putting you on hold and never answering again. Please don't buy the insurance as I lost my tax return and never received it in my mail or in my account and i had bought the insurance as well paying extra for it. Thought it will ease the process of tax filing but when I told them that I never received my tax return then all they did was give me CRA number and told me to call them. Friendly, competent staff. But more than $200 for a simple tax return is ridiculous. Going with turbo tax or similar from now on. Had used H+R for 10+ years.
