Il never deal with these people again I pay them to do my taxes the lady says a day or two next thing it's been weeks but whatever I can deal with that but then mess up my taxes so I owe money to them ? I filed my taxes on this march and i havent received my money till now.The world income was not declared but when i called the h&r block they said to call cra.I tried calling cra also they said to contact h&r and now when i call h&r there is no answer and its closed. Paid $150 to have absolutely nothing done. I was waiting about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and in there for maybe 20 minutes. They said I couldn’t complete my tax return because I had duplicate T4s, but I was able to get it done somewhere else just fine. It doesn’t make any sense why I was charged so much, What a complete waste of money. Very disappointed
Lisa is a wonderful tax expert! My spouse and I just came back from another year of great service. She is knowledgeable, friendly and walks you through all information and options. I highly recommend her.
Extremely arrogant agents with no sense of customer service. If you call to follow up on your tax return they end up putting you on hold and never answering again. Please don't buy the insurance as I lost my tax return and never received it in my mail or in my account and i had bought the insurance as well paying extra for it. Thought it will ease the process of tax filing but when I told them that I never received my tax return then all they did was give me CRA number and told me to call them.
