This office has staff that have serious issues with competence and do NOT know how to file basic taxes. After a series of mistakes made by Nina who complained the entire 3 hours of trying to do two tax filings she did not complete my simple request for the advanced renewal product offered by H&R Block, she had problems with her computer and the Ipad she wanted me to use, she dumped a pile of disorganized out of sequence papers fir me to sign, and calked her manager Karla Moritzky every minute of the time to cone and show her... read more
Of course I waited til the last day to file my taxes this year. I showed up earlier thinking they could squeeze me in but I was wrong. The lady at the front, which I'm sorry I forgot your name, told me to come back at 9pm. So that's what I did and I had the easiest and best experience with my favorite Senior Tax Analyst Ruchi Mohan, a friend of Derrick whom also works at h and r at the El Toro Paseo de Valencia location.
