Super frustrated with my experience. I made an appointment for 1 pm, checked the reservation to confirm and it was changed to 6 pm. Called to figure out what was going on and the front desk person wasn't helpful. Came in at 6 pm, waited a half hour past my appointment time to be told by Rosa that she "doesn't do" business taxes and couldn't help me. While it appeared to be a smooth and easy service at first, we received a letter from the IRS stating there was a discrepancy and owed a penalty fee. I reached out to both Consuelo and Rosa many times, but they have not bothered responding back to me. I just wanted to understand why there was a discrepancy in the submission of our taxes. They don't seem to care other than taking our service/money. Suffice to say, I will not be coming back to them nor HR Block anymore.
Do not go to Virginia tam. She is a very very lousy tax preparer. She did my taxes without even looking at any of my w2 forms and inserted all the wrong numbers for my income. I went to h and r block on serramonte blvd and found out I was supposed to receive $2800, and when Virginia did mine she claimed I would receive $180. She is not professional at all and could care less if she messes up. On top of all that she filed me under wrong name to which she tried to blame on me.
