High price, too many mistakes caught, and being informed an hour after appointment ending that I need to acquire IRS pin number instead of my 'Tax Master' obtaining it, since she rushed through the process- forcing me to acquire a Pin by mail and then not taking accountability for her mistake. Also, in 3 out of 4 years, there have been mistakes made by H&R Block Tax Prep 'Specialists' therefore, prompting me to say: IF YOU NEED YOUR TAXES DONE RIGHT, DO NOT GO TO H&R BLOCK!!
