I’d like to leave a review regarding the front desk staff member who attended to me on Monday at 3 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I began explaining my concern, she abruptly interrupted me to attend to another person who had just walked up. She asked me to take a seat and wait, which I did for 30 minutes.
