Terrible experience. I went for a walk in (reached around 3 or 3:30 PM on a Thursday to file my 2024 taxes. Filled the form with my basic details including SIN no. (make note of this). Then, I was willing to wait however long for my turn since I had the day off and wanted to be sure I could be with the agent and have it filled together. Instead she said they will call me when it's time and I can go for now. Very bad place. The "fix" my taxes and I end up having less back than all my co-workers. Then some papers where missing and they couldn't explain anything over the phone so they told me to walk by. After I wait for them to open when I am there they told me I have to book an appointment and that nobody can talk with me. After they told me to come in. Worse experience ever. The lady over the phone and in person was very rude.
Rhonda Caldwell was the absolute best helped me beyond expectations.
