Terrible experience from the receptionist to the tax person to the cost. Very simple return and it cost well over $200. Ridiculous. Took to an accountant this year and it was $60. Do NOT recommend H & R block... A couple of years later.....the response I get is how sorry they are and will follow up with me...which btw...they NEVER did...what does that tell you.

Went to the other H&R Block on Willow said they’d take me in then oh, they said we can’t get around that I went to the one on Wyndham. Awesome amazing customer service. I definitely recommend them. They’re great.
