The worst of all experience i have had this far unprofessional, and there is very little excuses i came into the office to have my taxes prepared was greeted warmly. So they offer an advance on your taxes free of charge. Yet, they don't disclose a $42 tracking fee that they say is optional but automatically charge you for it even if you don't want it. It doesn't make sense. If it's optional and I don't want it, I shouldn't be charged. Scammers

I've been going to the Block since I've been working.30+years. I never had any issues and I always purchase a peace of mind protection plan. Which protects my information and identity throughout the tax season. I'm satisfied with my tax lady Mrs. Ilene but bcuz I was seen during the off season. So I was helped by another nice yet professional preparer Teonna . I will continue to frequent and recommend the Block.
