I got negative experience in service today 3/21/2025. I hope HR Block more trained staffs to work tax service for customers.
So the first time I've been to hr block since I started working at 14 so 24 file seasons and I get a first year tax lady who makes it to wher3 my state gets fully taken towards the fees instead of my 12 k federal started with her saying the price match was over and I paid 410$ instead of 36 of turbo when it wsdnt over and still isn't and should of received it so 410# then she signs me up for the transfer account without my knowledge which is an extra 42 dollars when it could of went straight ti the emerald card and i could o... read more
I'm deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment my father received at this H&R Block location yesterday. The employee who assisted him stated that he needed a "social security" card. My father has been a loyal H&R Block customer for years, but this treatment felt discriminatory, implying he was undocumented. This behavior is unacceptable, and I suspect it was motivated by prejudice due to his accent.
