Very poor service. I called 4x to ask about my tax return, didn't get any response or call back. Finally got a hold on them after calling - got luck I guess. I won't be back next year, and definitely not recommending.

Couldn't give this a worse score. The manager elizabeth apparently "runs this branch" but will not apologize for employees. Yes my gf and I made a mistake and thought we filed common law while doing taxes. Elizabeth stated upon us entering the branch she would not help us as she could not stay past 5. That's okay we worked with another who was lovely until it couldn't be processed and the joy of Elizabeth came over. 2 weeks prior we were advised we only need to bring our pay information in order to file.
