They messed up big time on the taxes and all they can say ...that they admitted they made a mistake and was told it doesn't matter .. It is when I have to spend hours upon hours trying to contact CRA.to correct for the many errors H&R' has made on the taxes .. it was like they didnt really care .. because they already had my money .. Will never go back there and will let everyone I know to stay away from this business as well .
The secretary was super friendly but the manager and tax consultant Crystal Curtis was extremely unprofessional. She did not arrive on time for our appointment, was over an hour late and decided to move ahead with her other appointments.
Crystal makes our taxes experience quick and easy! Her personality and professionalism is wonderful. Crystal handled everything well! I highly recommend getting your taxes done by her. Thank you again!
