Crystal was amazing
I have been using this office for 10 years and had the worst experience with how the manager treated her staff. I asked to use the washroom at the front desk and because I have been a regular customer I said “ oh I know where it is” and went back. While I was in the washroom the manager crystal came out and gave the poor receptionist shit for not walking me back there and did so infront of my husband while he was waiting. Crystal is extremely helpful with any questions i have. She helped me file my taxes last year at a different location and i chose to come back at her new location and have her file them for me again! highly recommend!
