Great place, friendly people, quick service. Their drop off service is great, very quick turnaround. I will continue to file my taxes here for sure!
Speedy service but my senior parents who are on a very limited income had to pay ~$350 for their returns - outragious!!! They WILL NOT be returning next year!
I had a terrible experience I dropped my taxes off Thursday they called me to pick then up saturday they couldn't process the refund due to not being able to get ahold of somone to approve the amount for instant refund sunday I get a call go back for the instant refund and again they can't process the refund because they have locked my account on all h&r block profiles now they say I have to pay 80 to have my taxes processed out of pocked and have to wait an additional 14 days for direct deposit I took my taxes and walked ou... read more
