What a disappointing experience. I scheduled online, get there they tell me oh you made drop off appointment. I said okay what happens next. They said leave tax forms and come back at your convenience which they scheduled me an appointment for Sunday at 1 pm. They said oh it will only take 15 min to sign paperwork. I was there over 1 hour!!!! What a waste of time, the person I met with didn’t file my return.
