Terrible service and communication. Had an in-person appointment and uploaded all my documents. Followed up three times via email, called twice (left messages) and never received a call back. Missed my filing deadline because of them. Truly unreliable.
I’ve been a loyal H&R Block client for over a decade, and my previous experiences had always been positive. Unfortunately, this year has been a complete disappointment. The agent assisting me, LaMonica, no-showed our first appointment, then arrived 45 minutes late to the second. Their attitude was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and hostile. Absolutely horrible!! LaMonica refiled our taxes wrong. When I sent her the letter from the IRS she never responded. I’m still dealing with this mess. I would NOT recommend.
