Definetly a good experience. Always quick and helpful. I have been using H&R Block since 2016 and every year has been the best. My preparer this year is Christina and she walked me through every step and made sure I knew exactly what my return was about. In the past I had an issue with Market Place stating I used them as an insurance but I DID NOT. Christina made sure everything was completed before I walked out the door and cut the hassle of repeated trips back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 100000/10
