The service is really good & friendly staff. Downside, appointments go past the time slot & I waited 15+ minutes to go back. I don't understand why corporate sends out existing customers coupons that say "for new clients only"!?
We love our HRB professional have used her for over ten years. She has saved us a lot of money. We trust her which is the most important.
