My husband went into this location to get our 2023 taxes done by John Zimmerman. On 2/23/25, the taxes were completed, we signed the paperwork, and we were charged $134 which we paid at the front desk with John. A few days later we received a call from John saying we hadn't paid for our services. So I went down to the office and showed John what we were charged and that it had cleared our bank. I had a very good experience. My tax preparer was dee dee at 43rd avenue and Peoria. He was knowledgeable and caring and professional she did a great job.
