We come to this place for help with taxes and to maximize our refund. The staff is not interested in anything other than taking your forms and getting you out after overcharging you. Huge error due to not being informed by our tax professional last year. So this year our new preparers literally demeaned us. The worst part is during this session I had to help with common forms showing the lack of knowledge from the staff.
