Savanna is amazing! We had used H&R Block for the first time last tax season and the results were completely unexpected. Had set an appointment with Savanna set up since last year and now have next year. She is so nice and helpful!

They have been rescheduling my appts i make time for, over and over, which isn't easy with a full time job and children. Then when I try and call they're all the sudden closed. Either you are accepting appts or you arent. At least have the decency to call and let someone know what's going on. Unbelievably unacceptable. I have wasted 3 days, taken time off of work, canceled family events, all in the span of 3 scheduled appts you guys change without even calling.
We come to this place for help with taxes and to maximize our refund. The staff is not interested in anything other than taking your forms and getting you out after overcharging you. Huge error due to not being informed by our tax professional last year. So this year our new preparers literally demeaned us. The worst part is during this session I had to help with common forms showing the lack of knowledge from the staff.
