I have absolutely no idea how they got my number. I never called them or made an appointment and I’m not even from MS. I had gone for the first time in my life in the one in Biloxi and was waiting for a phone call from them, but somehow this H&R Block had my number and called me and proceeded to be very rude asking me when I want to do taxes when I had no idea what was going on and who I was speaking to. then the person in the phone said ‘ I don’t have to deal with this’ and transferred me to the headquarters and that person... read more
