We always use H&R Block for our taxes. This year we were paired up with someone that felt like they didn't really know what they were doing and felt like they judged our life which is pretty unprofessional. We hit a bump which led us to pause our filing and when we fixed it we went to someone else to continue filing. This tax representative felt more professional and knew what they were doing.
