BEWARE! Don’t Use H&R Block, If and when you get audited, they will leave you hanging out to dry, alone and without any answers, They wouldn’t even take my phone calls after I left several messages about us getting audited, 18 years I had them do our taxes, and never an issue, until we were audited, We paid for the Peace Of Mind and we’re denied! My agent has never called me back to this day! I will never use their services again.

Met with Maria for the second year in a row and the video link didn't work, she could not access last year's taxes because the "system is up and down today", and forgot that I sent her a $25 coupon. She worked for 43 minutes and it cost $675!!!! Never again. Then, I write a letter to the manager and he doesn't even acknowledge my letter, yet, on LinkedIn he claims his specialty is customer service! LOL, Mr. Kroft. Epic fail.
