Horrible service
Never thought I'd run into an automated service worse then Comcast but here we are. It tries to trap you in a loop to make it harder to speak with a person. It pushes way to hard to get you to do self service online. The hold music blasts what i can only discribe as an audio assault. If you ever want to be disrespect just call in. Im hoping there people are better then what there call service provides.This review is currently a reflection of trying to set up an appointment, will update once in person taxes are completed.
I have been with HR Block in Australia and now the US. They are efficient and friendly. Like any sane person, I loathe tax time - but at least with HR Block I get the same highly experienced agent who makes sure I get the best return I can (or in some years minimizes the pain!). It's simple, effective and takes the hassle off my shoulders. Absolutely worth paying for a professional to do it for you (I say that after messing up a DIY turbo-tax type return one year and getting audited down to my toenails. Not fun!).
Judy Crow was great. Good experience and knowledge. It made taxes this year a breeze. If you have a small business, I would highly recommend Judy for your tax needs. Plus the wonderful Miss Glenda, great staff very welcoming.
