They didn't even send me my taxes from last year and now I'm trying to do my taxes this year and they're telling me I have to do all sorts of runaround to get my last year's taxes, instead of sending them to me like they should have the year before. Go anywhere else!!! I'm actually pretty sure they did my taxes incorrectly, as well.

Using their online booking system, it was easy to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. My tax professional, Janice, was considerate, knowledgeable, and thorough. She made sure that we maximized the deductions for which I was eligible, and she double- and triple-checked her calculations before we agreed that we were ready to send the returns off.
