Angry. No explanation of cost up front and charged $450 to file a basic return that would have cost no more than 60 elsewhere. This is without any extras! She offered me to pay another $40 to get protection if audited..on top of that cost! She was impatient and judgemental and my tax return was inaccurate, she just blew her mistakes off when I calmly brought it to her attention.. it was all in front of her in the folder she just didn't look.
