My experience was terrible. I found some issues with the first return that was provided. Unfortunately, I agreed to submit it before I reviewed it thoroughly. I called (many, many times) to try to discuss my concerns.NO RESPONSE - sometimes an admin would tell me someone would call back - never happened. I had to call the corporate office and lodge a formal complaint before anyone called me. Lots of excuses about new phone system and new computer system were given. I just wanted a correct tax return! Ms Debra helped my fiancé and I out so much. Was very thorough with all information. Gave us time to think about pricing. And even after a long day cracked jokes and always had a smile on her face. I highly recommend having her help anyone with taxes. Ms Brittany at the front counter was super sweet and helpful as well☺️
I gave a five-star rating 2 weeks ago, however I am a little bit dismade at this point, because we were told that we would have our return in 21 days, this was an amended return because there has been a mistake made prior. So yesterday my husband goes online to check the status of the return. We found out that it could take up to 16 weeks for an amended return. To say the least we are a little bit upset about the fact that we were somewhat misled
