For example, the receptionist has the attention span of a peanut shell and the attitude of someone who should never work in a front facing position. The tax professionals are a mix of senior adults and some younger preparers--which I am sad to see become jaded and even angry from what may be overwork or what appears to be poor staffing/management (maybe a new secretary would help?). I went into the office last night with my son and was seen within minutes . Margaret help us with his taxes who was very informative during the whole process . I would definitely recommend this office and especially Margaret .
