Annette did my taxes for 2021. I have never received my refund, and here it is November of 2025. I have tried to contact her multiple times, and she never returns my calls or even tries to help. I will never use H&R Block for anything ever again. I was supposed to get back over $4600. Do NOT use this person. They wasted no time taking my money to pay for her services.
I was worked with Joseph Landing here and went with my husband and had isssues not getting it done after first visit. I had to couple come back a couple weeks later…. To get it done in time before deadline. We tried to do everything online we had issues with online part and I kept having to contact this location so my experience this year was sort of inconsistent and inconvenient. But Anita and Joe are good people.
The ladies there are pretty nice but prices are high.
I had a very easy time filing my taxes for this year. I had come in and received help from Uyen! I had a very nice time chatting with her as well as having my taxes filled in a very timely manner. I really appreciate Uyens expertise and her personality. Thank you, Uyen!
