Worst experience ever. Last year I went to them (first time at C-Street), and two other times at this location. They did my taxes wrong twice, so I had to file three times, getting my full refund a year later. The two ladies who helped me the first time openly admitted they had never filed residential energy credits and couldn’t answer my questions – the sole reason I went to them. Choose another location not H & R block.. charged me a little over $500 for filing taxes! Very very expensive.
Don’t go here to file your taxes because they don’t know how to do taxes. They either mess them up and you get your taxes back late or if you’re filing married but filing separate they say you have to file jointly. Also they couldn’t find my file in their system and I have proof that I did my taxes with them last year. Also was my information deleted or did something else happen that can put my identity in danger. So they can get more money. I recommend you going to Jackson Hewitt instead.
Saturday meeting three days before taxes were do and I had no idea how to proceed due to W2 oddities. Kalynn was highly professional and pleasant. Taxes filed in less than 20 minutes and my mind was at ease. Thank you!
