First thing. Appointments mean nothing here. Scheduled our meeting a year out and then rescheduled on their website for an earlier date. Got confirmation messages and all that. Fast forward to appt today and was told I didn’t confirm it and missed their phone call. I said that I had scheduled it for today and that’s why I was there.
