Called to see if they can print the emerald card in store because I was told they could by my tax preparer and by emerald customer service. After insisting they don't print cards in house about 3 times, they finally verified that they do. I asked about hours as they do not have any listed and was told they close at 7. I paid for an Uber to go across town and get there at 630 and all the lights are turned off and the doors are locked. It cost me about $30 total for absolutely no reason.
