Ginger was amazing! My wife and I went in with an issue that we couldn't resolve, and she sorted us out in no time. Saving us a lot of money. We will be going here from now on for our taxes.
We had went to Ginger for the past two years . When I called I was directed to a different place so we assumed she wasn’t there and had to go to another place which was horrible! As soon as we was told she was still at this location we wanted to stop and get back to her . We made the appointment came say she was so unprofessional said bc we had went behind her back to someone else she would not work with us ! Want to give a great shout out to Ginger Varner for getting my taxes prepared in a very quick and timely matter and helping me through all of my tax prep. She helped me understand so much and makes it very easy to understand the process. Also finding me all the ways I can get as much as a refund as possible. Highly recommender her
