I'm gonna try and keep this short and to the point, I decided to try H&R Block for the first time online, I never do my taxes this late but this has been an eventful year. I uploaded all my docs this afternoon at 1pm, and completed the process.I then called the office to ask if there was anything else they needed? I spoke with a receptionist and she told me he was not available so I left my contact. Needed basic information to get my taxes completed online. Called to retrieve the information from H&R block and was informed I could go to any nearby location to retrieve what i needed. Went to this location and was asked for my name then told that he was unable to retrieve it without an explanation as to why or how I could get this information.
