Poor customer service. No orgination when it comes to check ins and wont take digital copies. Plus an extra $100 fee for new customers...Just stick with Turbo Tax.
Have been using this same office location for many years. We always had the best service! We didn't realize until today that it was privately owned. We will miss the owner Bob, he was amazing!
