I have used H&R Block for nearly 10 years now. It's always been simple-I book an appointment online, scan my documents, meet with the agent, and process my taxes. Imagine my surprise when I did the exact same thing this year, I booked *over a week ago* for an appointment today at 1p at the Fountain Hills H&R Block. I walk in and notice a couple ladies wandering around but it didn't seem like any customers were there, it was very quiet.
