The receptionist made everything impossible for me, I was trying to become a new client when she started to asking weird question about my nationality accent and language, I felt absolutely discriminated by this person who wasn’t even an American Terrible experience,
I would give it a zero if I could. Using them last year after having a bad experience 25 years ago I was willing to give them a second chance. The office is filled with people who are not exactly 1st stringers. The analogy to a football team would be these are the people who were cut from the team but found a job with H&R.
