Estimate to do my taxes was $280.... there are significantly cheaper places to do it. This is the most expensive 'estimate' for taxes to be done. Who can afford that?????

Got several emails were sent to me confirming my appointment on Sunday 24 at 6:30 I got there no one else did I called the number got a person told her my problem her answer was to offer to reschedule but she said to wait to see if person was running late if they were no show call them back I did no one answered I am not doing anymore business with h and r after being with them thirty some years
