Very bad place of business sloppy workers will not get your taxes to you on time and will give you a run around
Had an appointment with Michael McDonnell. Just so unpleasant. Barely spoke to us. Shook his head the few time he did ask us questions. Literally had us google some things for him. The other employees were kind and explained each thing to their clients. He didn’t explain a single thing. Just there for a paycheck. This was just such an awful experience.

The experience with Carol at this location was extremely undermining and belittling. As a first time filer I was recommended to this location. Upon arrival I sat in the lobby for an extra 10-15 minutes past the scheduled appointment. I watched carol attend other clients over the phone and there was no receptionist until after I was seated with carol. It was truly a terrible experience overall.
