i’ve been going to Mike Mcdonnel for two maybe three years now. he is always respectful, kind, and explains each step of the process in a way that i am able to understand. this year i unfortunately had to pay in but he explained to me exactly why that happened and what i needed to do to ensure i receive a refund next year. couldn’t recommend him enough!
Mike was very sweet and informative. We got in on time and made it out on time. We felt like we got great advice and everything was explained to us. This was our first time using a tax preparing service in person and we would definitely go back - it's nice to have peace of mind, and we appreciate that there are people we can talk with in person should we have any additional questions or concerns.
