They struggled through my straightforward tax documents and kept pulling in other people from the office. When I had to pay in they couldn’t explain why or any of the amounts. I have a letter from the IRS saying I owe even more and no one returned my call to review their work. I’m now hiring a non-franchise tax professional to review my tax documents.
Cindy was an excellent tax preparer! She got my wife's and I's taxes done earlier than anticipated and more importantly her advice from last year about our tax situation was extremely helpful and because of it we were able to get a great refund this year!
