Xiomara is incredibly professional while being very personable, which made for a pleasurable experience!
This was the worst tax filing experience I have ever had. There was almost no follow-up from the agent, and my taxes were handled in a very disorganized and confusing way. It felt like inexperienced staff were working without proper supervision. I would strongly recommend staying away from this office.
