Horrible experience. We got appointment on the phone, and clearly explained that we needed a service to provide amendment to our past tax return (to add our daughter). We had to wait 28 minutes for our appointment. They could just say the previous appointment was taking longer. It only takes this much to be kind. After 28 min of waiting, we didn’t hear any “sorry”. And the lady said she can’t handle this service, and we needed to get appointment from another branch of H&R (near Lindale Mall). We just lost our time. 2 communi... read more
