So for starters not the best experience. My husband and I went in to ask some questions about filing and hoping to understand it better. We had Deborah, honestly she was kind of rude at first especially to my husband. I thought we were going to have to walk out, she wouldn’t acknowledge any of the questions my husband had and made us feel stupid. We still ended up filing just my return, which was fine but I don’t think I’ll be headed back due to the fact we were treated poorly when first meeting..
I'll never let anyone else touch my taxes. Love them. Been filling them with H&R block for nearly 20 years.
