I've been getting my taxes done at the Woodside Branch with Stella for six years and always found her services to be reliable and professional. She does my taxes for me since I am not by any means a tax pro, she's thorough and gets me a good refund. Andrea went above and beyond to help me with my taxes. She was always honest and upfront about everything. And then I found out I messed it up and had to ask her to redo some of my taxes, which she promptly did. I couldn’t thank her enough for her services.
Our experience at H&R Block on Broadway in Astoria was FANTASTIC. We were so happy with Kathy Santorelli and her professionalism. She was concise, warm, and a wealth of knowledge. We enjoyed talking to her and really were impressed with the efficiency of H&R Block. We were able to know our refund and what we owed within 50 minutes. I thought I’d get help saving money but it was the opposite. I would have done better by myself and would love a refund. Never coming back or recommending you guys to anyone. The Google reviews were right! Do it yourself and save money and time!!
