Nasty old lady, stay away from Alice Jackson
What an absolute joke. I had an appt with Alice Jackson to hopefully have some of my very basic questions answered about business deductions, but all she said was “fill out a line on your expenses in your online form.” I had begun filling out my tax form on H&R’s website and she couldn’t even pull it up on her computer to help me finish it bc they’re platform is different at the branch(?!!) Not even a basic question could be answered about business deductions (how to do it? How do people normally deduct it?) She had a blank ... read more
