This year I had a very bad experience. After I paid almost 500$ ....I didn't get any help with my situation They took my money but they didn't help me
I have done my taxes here with Ms. Elizabeth Aguas, 10/10. She was nice and kind and answered all of my questions (and I had a LOT), took her time to explain everything in detail to me. I would highly recommend.
I had the best experience at H&R Block located at 37-12 Broadway today with Ms. Alice Jackson, EA. I was a walk-in and greeted by the Office Manager (sorry to forget her name) however, she was extremely polite and friendly yet, professional and arranged for me to meet with Ms. Jackson to prepare my taxes. Ms. Jackson was outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable in preparing and explaining my forms. She was just delightful!
