Susan is awesome. She was quick, efficient, and friendly.
Saw Zarana and she went over all my taxes for a previous year. After finding out my refund was larger than anticipated I got a call later saying it was denied due to an issue with a dependent. Zarana then saw me the next day and helped me navigate some things with the IRS so I could file as soon as possible. Top tier customer service and I recommend to anyone who needs assistance filing.
The lady name sue in there very bad skill doesn’t help doesn’t know anything don’t understand why see even work at a tax place didn’t explain anything never there to accept calls very rude
