Horrible experience major language barrier. Just another cog in the wheel.. no personal service. Could have cared less as to how much I had to pay for the tax prep.. couldn't explain a lot of things to me. No solid advice for further tax prep.. penalized as to how much to pay h&r block because one of us collects social security and neither are retired!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE. NOT Like IT WAS IN THE PAST!! MONEY HUNGRY!!

Made an appointment at 2pm today Traveled 30 minutes from another town to have my taxes done When my wife and i got there the woman at desk said person who we scheduled with was busy we might have to see someone else Five minutes later she came up to me saying we are scheduled for 2:30 I looked down at my phone and saw we got a text saying we got bumped to 230 not 2 No physical phone call nothing The woman “graciously” offered for me to drop our taxes off and we can come back and “just sign” for the full 300+$ we normally pa... read more
