Excellent service! Ronnie and Fred are wonderful. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend them for all of your accounting needs.
Only rating two stars because obviously, the taxes were filed, but at what cost when you have to continuously ask why your total is much higher than you expected, only to have them lower it eventually. The most upsetting thing was my tax preparer, Jose, losing my original w-2 documents, (claims he shredded them, after giving several runaround stories but I know they were just tossed), and just being led on overall. Will not be returning to hr block at all, especially this location.
