I scheduled an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, but there was no one at the reception. I waited for 15 minutes before asking someone about my appointment, only to find out that the assigned staff member, Randy, wasn’t even working that day. Not happy with how we were treated. They tried to push us to come back another day because they didn't want to do my brother's taxes. If you don't like the hours don't work them. Editing to add more details: the agent called someone and told them within ear shot of us how he had people come in and he was gonna come home late and there was nothing he could do about it.
