Great friendly customer service and prices 💵👍🙏
Why did I pay such a ridiculous price only to be made to feel like an idiot. If I wanted to feel stupid I would’ve done my own taxes.
Absolute crooks. While I booked in for the $170 appointment they attempted to charge me $430 at the end of the consultation. I appreciate that the quoted $170 is a starting rate dependant on the complexity of the return, but a 250% increase in price is absurd. In particular, there was absolutely no transparency regarding this cost, at no point over the hour did the representative interject or communicate to outline cost, nor at the beginning of the appointment after getting a sense of what the return would involve. Website says $0-30, I don’t even have income to put on my return, but buddy Riyam wants $80-200 fees for a tax return below $300. Scummy crooks for a free service, lied about fees to charge you a higher price later. If I didnt demand to know what the cost was I would be like the other reviewer here who lost 200 dollars because Riyam wants that comission fee.
