H and R Block in Kernersville has been a life saver for me. They helped me with tips on compiling necessary records and basic hand holding which I needed. I was able to drop off paperwork and pick up when they called to tell me I could pick up everything and tax return filed. So rude your jaw will drop. An absolutely disgusting, nasty attitude from multiple people at this location. A lack of professionalism and courtesy that it is embarrassing they're associated with the H&R Block name. We will never come to this location again. There are so many other offices, you'll regret it if you go to this location
If I could have gave a No star I would have. Worst experience I've ever had! Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Beware of this place. Just had my taxes done there. Was there 26 minutes and got 4 pieces of paper. Total cost, $480.00.What a scam of a place. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone else.
