Filing my taxe return is no longer the stressor that it's always been. I feel at home at this office, everyone is great. Pam Idol is my go-to, she's patient and always works with me, hears me out, and helps me understand things I was ignorant to. I learn a little more each year and will always come back to Pam! Horrible costumer service and to much and rudeness on the phone and attitude u even here when the screaming on the background tell them we busy now and we will call later witch never happens so when u call again the next day u receive attitude once again....
