I visited this office for the first time and Luisa Wilde was really helpful and made everything easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
It's the first time with h&r block. I didn't wait long. Then, the tax pro Luisa Wilde did an excellent job, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I wasn't expecting a refund. And I am happy with the results. Thank you Luisa Wilde.
I called two hours before my scheduled appointment to confirm the date/time. Showed up at the confirmed date/time and was told that I could not be seen due to the office being fully booked due to scheduling conflicts. A couple staff members did attempt to help with a question I had before leaving; however, I later found out the information I was provided was not accurate. I would not recommend using this service unless you have a pretty standard tax situation.
