This place sucks Luisa did my taxes lied on the paperwork I asked for direct deposit and it was sent in a check with incomplete address. Whats even weirder this lady never provided me with all my paperwork she only gave 3 pages that dont even show my refund info smh Now emerald is giving me a hassle to get my funds... I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! I called after the fact and all I get in response is we cant help u. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!! I will be looking to sue as well

Was going to do my own taxes online… showed I was going to owe a bunch of money. Brought my info in to Luisa and she got me a refund. She got it all done quickly and with a friendly attitude. I’ll be back next year!
