I’ve had the most horrendous experience with this location of H&R Block. I am in the middle of something right now that has been causing me much strife after filing on March 31. I’ve had the worst experience with Ilana and have been back-and-forth with Lisa and the main manager in the office of that location and nobody is helping me. They took all of my documents and have had me wait there for an hour and a half was nasty and rude to me. Place is awful. They misplaced my father’s paperwork and didn’t return my calls until I threatened to complain to corporate. Then they tell me to come in and they have me waiting for an hour and put someone before me. I left and told them I’m done with them. Go someplace else, trust me.
If I could give zero stars, I would. These people called me to auto-renew my booking from last year, yet when I showed up, they had no record of it. The clueless receptionist took 20 minutes just to acknowledge me. After waiting two hours, I was finally told that Joe was supposed to take me..after I had already sat down with Ilana. This location has called me FIVE TIMES in the past week to let me know they are open for tax filing services. I already picked up their call once and I'm just being spammed at this point. Put me off from using them again. Get your office organized and please stop calling me!!!
Booked an appointment - first of the day and wasted nearly an hour waiting for nothing. They DGAF. It’s so poorly run here. No one at the desk. The person who seemingly is in charge of administrative work has no idea what’s going on with scheduling and seems frustrated himself by the lead tax prep person’s behavior. “Everyone just has to wait a long time,” was all he could say. And she was not at all rushed to get to those waiting. I walked out frustrated and had to file an extension.
