Calls are typically not returned. Expected a refund check for a service overcharge. I have yet to receive it. No follow up from my H&R accountant. Very disappointing.
If I could give them a zero, I would. Save your money and get a local tax preparer or do it yourself.
Online says 80 for basic charges. Got billed for 300 for my tax paper work. Asked for a breakdown and they broke down the taxes not why they over charged. Do not recommend, use turbo tax or any other free program
