Urica was excellent and fast!!!
Very disappointing experience. The tax consultant at this office made critical errors on two occasions and attempted to shift the blame onto me, including for tax penalties she failed to inform me about. After April 15, she became completely unresponsive, despite previously assuring me she would follow up. When I contacted the office, the front desk staff was exceptionally unhelpful and unprofessional.
