This is my second time filing my taxes with H&R block, and this year I had two returns to do- 2024 and a previous year. My 2024 taxes were filed no problem, but I was told that they needed supervisor assistance to file my older taxes. I was told that someone would give me a call within a week when my taxes were ready to file, but that week came and went and I didn't hear back. When I called to get an update, I was told by a very unhelpful receptionist that he "didn't work that day" that I had come in to file my taxes, so the... read more
Excellent service from Joshua G. Patient, helpful and explained everything. He even ended up staying 30 min past closing time to ensure everything was complete and answer extra questions. I would recommend him to others.
The last two years I have done my taxes with H&r block, the accountants do t know what they are doing and mess up my taxes. I have a straightforward return. I do not recommend getting them done here
