I had an awful experience at H&R Block at the Bell Blvd Queens location. I arrived to my appointment on time and no one acknowledged me for at least 45 minutes. When a tax preparer finally came to the front to charge his client, I asked when I would be seen. He said he’d let me know, walked back to his cubicle, and never returned. A few minutes later, a lady with short brunette hair passed by, promised to come back, but also never did. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s completely disregarded?
