I had a horrible experience here with Elizabeth Jones and one of her associates. Arrived on time for an appointment, was constantly interrupted by Elizabeth reminding my tax person that he has another appointment - seriously, four times. Then, my tax pro failed to put my profile together correctly, and insisted that my husband (non-taxpayer, he's disabled) required the "taxpayer" position. To complicate that, tax pro then ran MY tax numbers without adding my husband's SSI and told me that would be my refund. Obviously it was... read more
Overcharges, poor return quality. Got an IRS letter and they screwed me.
I've used my tax person Scott for the past 2 years. He was referred to me by someone else who had a great experience. I had no problems and I trust that he will take care of my need in an ethical manner. Kudos! Thank you Scott!:)
